Our Story
Balazs Fabrication started with a simple belief: that industrial fabrication done right doesn't require a massive factory or a long lead time — it requires skilled people, good steel, and a commitment to delivering exactly what the customer needs.
Today, our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania shop serves data centers, telecom providers, electric utilities, and industrial facilities across the United States. Every rack, skid, and weldment that leaves our facility has been cut, welded, and inspected by experienced fabricators — not outsourced, not rushed.
What We Do
We specialize in three core product lines — plus custom one-off fabrication for anything that doesn't fit a catalog:
- Battery Racks & Industrial Shelving — heavy-duty steel racks for UPS systems, telecom batteries, and industrial storage. Seismic-rated when required.
- Electrical Equipment Skids — pre-fabricated steel platforms for switchgear, power distribution, and backup systems. Shipped ready to place and energize.
- Custom Steel Fabrication — brackets, guards, structural frames, equipment mounts, and specialty metalwork. If you can draw it, we can build it.
Our Shop
Everything is fabricated in-house at our facility in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Our capabilities include:
- MIG and TIG welding (carbon steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Precision cutting — plasma, shear, and band saw
- Forming and bending
- Powder coat and hot-dip galvanize finish options
- 3D modeling and shop drawing preparation
